Marwin C. Reeves, Jr. is the Pastor of Christ Community Worship Center, Inc. where he succeeds his father Bishop Marvin C. Reeves. At 7 years old, he was baptized in Jesus’ name and at 9 years old received the Holy Ghost enabling him to walk in his calling as an anointed psalmist and musician, seeking to use his gifts to glorify God.

Pastor Reeves holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Mansfield University, a Certificate of Ministry from New Destiny Fellowship International and working to complete his Master of Divinity and Pastoral Counseling at Urshan Graduate School of Theology. Pastor Marwin has served as Music Director in various capacities. He was previously the gospel choir director for both Bloomsburg and Lock Haven Universities. He served as the Pennsylvania State Council Young People’s Union Minister of Music and as a Superintendent of Christian Education.

Through these experiences, his role expanded from minister to mentor, surrogate father, coach, educator, and speaker. He presents and conducts trainings for churches, colleges, and universities on various topics such as faith, worship, achieving true success, clear communication, focusing on the family, and diversity.

He is retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Upon doing so, he was offered the part-time position as the Crisis Intervention Team Coordinator for Lycoming and Clinton Counties. He served in this capacity organizing trainings in the bi-county area from 2017-2019 providing strategic trainings for law enforcement and first responders. He is the developer of H.O.P.E, Helping Offenders Pursue Excellence, which seeks to assist ex-offenders with job skills, educational opportunities, and finding faith and is the mastermind behind the L.I.F.E. mission and vision. He is the founder and C.E.O. of the L.I.F.E. Child Care Learning Center (LCCLC) which opened its doors in 2018 as a fully Licensed Childcare Center. After receiving its licensure through the PA Department of Human Services LCCLC launched its Before and After School Program which serves the needs of school-age children within the community. LCCLC now offers full-time childcare services and is moving forward with adding care for 3-5 year olds. Pastor Reeves wrote his first book in 2013 entitled "90 Days to 90 Degrees" which is set to be released in 2021 and desires to see lives changed for the glory of God. He is married to Barbara D. Reeves of 25 years, and has two lovely adult children, Imani (married to Liam McGarvey) and Jerah (married to Samantha) who serve alongside him in ministry. He recently earned the title of "Babu" which is Swahili for grandfather when he welcomed his first grandchild, Ari David McGarvey.
